3 Bedrooms!
The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious master suite includes a plush queen bed, an attached private bath, and a generous walk-in closet, along with a stylish dressing table. The second upstairs bedroom also offers a cozy queen bed and its own walk-in closet. Downstairs, the third bedroom provides another queen bed, a smart TV for entertainment, a closet, and a compact dressing table — perfect for added privacy or multi-family stays.
2.5 Baths!
The home includes 2 full bathrooms and a half bath, offering plenty of space for families or groups. The master bathroom comes with a relaxing bathtub, and all bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of fresh towels. You’ll also find touchless soap dispensers, a hair dryer, and other essentials to make your stay feel easy and hygienic — just like home, but better.
Cozy Courtyard with BBQ Vibes...
Step outside and enjoy the cozy front yard setup, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. There's comfortable outdoor seating where you can unwind with your morning coffee or evening drink. Guests are also welcome to use the charcoal BBQ grill — a great way to enjoy a casual cookout with family or friends during your stay.

We want you to enjoy every moment!
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- No party
- Quiet time 10 pm - 7 am
- No smoking inside
- No pets
- Clean up after using the BBQ and outdoor dining area
- Clean the dishes after uses
- Please treat the home as you would your own
- Please respect the owner's labels
Parking
- 1 car attached garage parking. The parking hallway is narrow, and limited space to turn the car in the back. Be extremely careful
- If possible, the recommendation is to park in front of the house. The driveway next to the entrance is okay to park. Do not block the footwalk
- Plenty of free street parking is available and it is fairly safe
Around the House
- There are 24/7 cameras outside of the house for the entrance and the yard
- Kitchen is fully equipped— pots, pans, coffee, spices, and more
- The Living Room has a smart TV, the remote should be near the TV
- The sofa can be transformed into a queen bed. Just pull the strap
- The left section of the sofa has storage. There are extra pillows and blankets
- The Downstair bedroom has another smart TV, the remote should be on the shelf
- All the table lamps are touch-controlled
- All the soap dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen are touchless
- All the trash bins are touchless
- All beds and nightstands have night LEDs. some are operated via remote, some are with physical switches
- The ceiling fans are operated via remote, stored at the wall next to the switch
- Outdoor Space includes a dining set and grill for chill evenings
- The charcoal (not provided) grill is typically in the garage, if not (due to parking) should be outside with a cover. *** Please, be extremely careful with fire.
- The outdoor bench has storage underneath, more chairs are available there
- BBQ utensils are stored in the kitchen
Laundry – Washer/dryer in-unit; detergent provided.
Trash & Recycling – Bins are located left side of the house.
